Conference Registration
Registration for the 53rd NBEA Annual Conference is a two-step process. Both steps must be completed to secure your spot.

💳 Step 2: Payment
After registering, please pay your fees via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account; you may check out as a guest using a credit or debit card.

Note to Students: Up to 5 student scholarships are available based on committee review. Please see the Conference page for details before paying.
⚠️ Important Requirements
- Author Deadline: At least one author per paper must register and pay by September 14, 2026.
- Check Payments: If you need to pay by check instead of PayPal, please email nbea.register@gmail.com for instructions.
- Checkout Note: Your PayPal shopping cart will open in a new window. If you are paying for multiple items, ensure the total is calculated correctly before submitting.
🏨 Venue & Accommodations
The 53rd Annual NBEA Conference will be held at The Penn Stater Hotel & Conference Center in State College, PA.
Conference Rate Deadline: Reservations at the discounted group rate must be submitted by September 14, 2026.
Dates: October 15–17, 2026
Reservations: Visit the Penn Stater Reservation Portal and click “Make Reservation.”
