The Northeast Business & Economics Association, Inc., formerly the New England Business and Economics Association, was founded in 1973. Its mission is to promote multidisciplinary research in business and economics and foster communication and the exchange of knowledge. The Association works to advance research across disciplines while encouraging meaningful collaboration among academics and professionals.

We achieve these goals through our annual conference and by publishing the Journal of Business and Economic Studies, keeping the community at the forefront of scholarship in business and economics.

53rd NBEA Annual Conference

Location: The Penn Stater Hotel & Conference Center, State College, PA

Dates: October 15–17, 2026

We invite submissions of competitive papers, detailed abstracts, and proposals for panels, symposia, tutorials, and workshops in all areas of business and economics. All submissions will undergo peer review for presentation at the conference.
