Welcome to the home page of the Northeast Business & Economics Association. Please join us on Facebook where we hope to establish a dialogue among the members. Remember this is your association.
The Northeast Business & Economics Association, Inc., formerly the New England Business and Economics Association, was founded in 1973. The purposes of the association are a) to promote multidisciplinary research pertaining to business and economics; and b) to improve communications and to encourage the exchange of research, both applied and theoretical, among all interested parties.
These broad purposes are met by the continuance of an annual meeting and the publication of The Journal of Business and Economic Studies. The Northeast Business & Economics Association is holding its 44th Annual Conference at the Hilton Long Island Huntington Hotel in Melville, New York from October 26-28, 2017. Accommodations and sessions will take place at the Hilton Long Island Hotel. Please see the 2017 conference call for papers page for more details. We are pleased to have the support of Molloy College as host institution to help make this conference successful.
As documents become available, we will post the tentative program schedule as well as instructions for session chairs, discussants, and presenters on the NBEA documents page . Please check the documents out by scrolling to the 2017 documents. We look forward to seeing you on Long Island.
